Hello guys!

How are you doing? I hope everything is well! My son and I are doing great! Welcome to season 2 episode 1: Enjoying Life.

When was the last time you had fun? FUN? Yes, fun!

Well, my name is Kedler, your host for the KedlerAbelard podcast. Today, I would like to show you how to recharge yourself to be in a happy mood. I work hard and always keep myself busy. But there’s a secret that I discover that I believe will work for you too.

I wanted to share this music that I first heard from the Space Force movie. I was like this is good music for one of my podcasts. It is The Beach Boys – Kokomo (1988). You will hear it at the end of this podcast. It came out the same year I was born.

Speaking of the year I was born, now all the world will know my age and it is my birthday tomorrow. Happy Birthday to me! I am also raising money for YesImpact to benefit the students we have in Haiti. Check my Facebook page if you like to donate or go to www.YesImpact.org and click on the Donate button.

The secret sauce of happiness is contentment. Peter Anderson from Bible Money Matters says it like that: True, biblical contentment is a conviction that Christ’s power, purpose, and provision are sufficient for every circumstance.

When you are grateful for what God has blessed you with, you’ll find an opportunity to always praise him. You’ll not be looking around to compare yourself or wanting more but be content and happy. This principle is valid for just anyone; it’s not a religious thing.

You can enjoy life at any point in your life. Do not wait until you get this dream job or upon retirement. Find something you enjoy doing. For me it’s travel, going to the beach, trying delicious food wherever I go, and music. See my list is not big nor complicated. Complications sometimes bring worrisomely and steal your joy. Don’t forget to take a break from everything around you sometimes to recharge your mood.

Remember you don’t need someone to make you happy but instead to complete your happiness or in another term to bring more excitement and joy in your life. Always cultivate joy for when sorrow comes you will be filled in abundance to recharge and reconnect with your true self to find your happiness back. I have just an album of pictures on my phone that I go periodically to look at to giggle. So, there are many ways that you can keep yourself happy.

This episode is just an introduction to the subject. I will later deepen the matter of enjoying life.

I’m so happy to reconnect with you guys after a while. I’m looking forward to sharing more on this podcast with you. If you’re interested in joining me by sharing your knowledge and experience with my people, feel free to let me know.

Be blessed friends and be happy!
